If they are having a reaction (blood sugar levels dropping well below where they should be) you can give them glucose tablets, Orange Juice, peanut butter and jelly sandwich, chocolate milk etc. Be careful you don't give them too much sugar though because you can send them too high and be right back into the same position that you are in.
