Stanford University is highly selective. 87% of admitted students had ACT scores between 30 and 36. Keep in mind, these students also had excellent grades, activities, essays, activities, and other credentials.

Stanford University does not have a required score for the ACT. Their admissions is based on your GPA, courses you have taken, test scores, and other factors. However, most students have an ACT score between 29 and 34.

There are a lot of colleges that will accept a GPA of a 2.3, such as Northern Kentucky University. You will have to meet their benchmarks on the ACT.
Stanford's 2014 25th-75th percentile ACT scores are 32-35 on the English section, 31-35 on the Math section, and 31-34 Composite.
yes they could attend them but they couldn't act in them so men had to act out the women's parts!!
I'm not sure about UCB, but the average GPA of accepted freshmen for Stanford is around 4.3
The institutions as you stated are not specific enough with many colleges and universities in Georgia listed. However, what I can tell you is that most who require standardized test give applicant a choice of submitting either the SAT or ACT, and for those submitting the ACT, the written portion is required.
I found a pretty good explanation here: http://college.mychances.net/college-3-Stanford-University.html From what I hear, the university wants students to generally have at least a 700 in each subject area. There are definitely exceptions - but they have to be exceptional to make up for that. Of course that is never reason to NOT apply, just a general guideline. You should always apply to the college of your dreams. But you can put in your information on that website and they'll give you a free prediction about whether or not you'll get in. A website like that isn't perfect but it will give you a good idea of where you fit into the applicant pool. (accepted and rejected students)
