If you mean menstrual products, you have a few options;

  • Commercial menstrual pads e.g. Always or Kotex
  • Organic menstrual pads e.g. Emerita or Natracare
  • Cloth menstrual pads e.g. Lunapads or Gladrags
  • Interlabial pads e.g. Labinni
  • Padded underwear e.g. Lunapanties or WeMoon
  • Commercial period belts e.g. Dr Whites
  • Cloth period belts e.g. Reddys
  • Commercial tampons e.g. Tampax or Playtex
  • Organic tampons e.g. Cottons or Maxim
  • Soft tampons e.g. Beppy or Gynotex
  • Cloth tampons e.g. Honour Your Flow
  • Sponge tampons e.g. Jade & Pearl
  • Silicone menstrual cups e.g. Divacup or Mooncup
  • Rubber menstrual cups e.g. Keeper
  • TPE menstrual cups e.g. MeLuna
  • Softcups e.g Softcup
  • Diaphragms or caps

You can go without using any sort of menstrual products, some women opt for free-bleeding which means just bleeding without any menstrual products, or some women will use menstrual release or Sherman method where they learn to recognise when thye are about to bleed and use vaginal muscles to prevent bleeding until they go to the bathroom. Many women will also be fine using options like pantyliners or toilet paper.
