It isn't a matter of what I liked or didn't like least in my last job, what is it that you don't like, and what are you going to do about it? When you ask a specific question then it's not hard to answer, but this question is pretty vague as this question doesn't concern me, it concerns you.
During evaluations you may be asked what you like most about your job. It is okay to say you like the fast pace of the environment. If asked what you like least, do not provide a list, keep these brief.

Tell the truth. There is always something a person does not like about their job even though the rest of it is good. Think of the least appealing aspect of it. As an example, if you work in a fast food restaurant and you liked working with the patrons but did not like closing the store, say so. That is all there is to it. You don't have to give every thing you did not like but at least one thing needs to be put on an application or at a job interview that asks this question.
