Conductivity means how a conductor of electricity will allow electromotive force (EMF) to be passed through it.

Now on to your question:

Resistivity means how a conductor of electricity will prohibit electromotive force (EMF) to be passed through it.

Assume a piece of 14 gauge copper wire, versus 14 gauge aluminum wire. (Wire you can buy for your house, from Home Depot or lowes).

The copper wire has more free electrons available in it to pass EMF than the aluminum, therefore, aluminum has a resistivity to EMF flow compared to copper. The copper wiring is actually approved for a higher current rating than the aluminum.

Compared to a piece of plastic, which has almost no free electrons in it's makeup therefore it is has a very high resistivity to electrical current flow (emf), so it's considered an insulator, instead of a conductor.

The use of these terms are high subjective and relative to each other, so use caution in your application and thinking.
