Well, first you need to have entered the hall of fame at least once, and have 16 gym badges and the HM rock climb. then you make your way towards the Safari Zone (on the island near whirl islands) then, righ before you go in, cuck tellls you interestiing things, and leaves. if he does not do this, make sure you have the blue orb from Mr. Pokemon's house. then after that, go use surf going the wrong way to the safari zone that leads to the water.surf left (<----------)until you reach some sand. use rock climb to get to the door and there will be a hiker blocking the way. talk to him and he'll move. go inside and run forward until you see a big blue whale right in front of your character. press A on the whale and the battle starts. kyogre know waterspout, icebeam, and ancientpower but i forget what it's 4th move is. KYOGRE is weak to electr and grass. it is resistant to water, fire and steel. it's ability is drizzle. drizzle makes it rain as soon as the user enters battle. NOTE>FOR HEARTGOLD ONLY!!
