Beat the elite four get the national dex and deliver the ruby and sapphire to celio then put the Pokemon you want to migrate in your PC in any Pokemon center then save your game in the Pokemon center put the game in your DS and turn on diamond, pearl, platinum or heartgold and soulsilver then choose migrate to leafgreen follow the instructions and make sure your game is saved in a Pokemon center for both games.
