Raw fruit and veg diet. Throw out everything in the kitchen, get a sharp knife and a chopping board. Buy your fruit and veg along with bottled water. It is allowed to make dressings but from traces of olive oil and vinegar. No dairy whatsoever. No cooking. It has to be like you are foraging for your own food as we have done for millions of years. Take a vitamin if you feel unsure but I can assure you most are in the diet. You can speed things up by exercising. This gets blood travelling faster and uses up the stuff your body has lined your arteries with. Vary the fruit and veg with some exotic items. If you want to dig deeper then find out where you originated from and see what the diet was like thousands of years ago and eat that stuff because you were evolved to live off it !
