Just review all of the study guide questions you get in that Rules of the Road booklet. Make sure you read over the basic stuff like right of way, what to do in certain situations when driving (tire comes off pavement, hydroplane, etc.), how you turn the wheels parking uphill and downhill, and other stuff like that. All the answers are in that booklet.
Make sure you know all of the road signs too, and can identify by shape and color. It wasn't difficult for me at all. Good luck.
