A few metric wrenches 16mm 15mm 14mm 13mm and a 10mm for the drive shaft. A floor jack to move the trans into position and give extra care to make sure that the torque coverter is all the way down on the input shft when you go to bolt it into place as there are two slots on the neck of the converter that drive two plastic tabs on the trans pump and they will brake if not put togather right and will require you to take the trans apart to replace the pump.
