on christmas lots of singing and danceing occur and i do not know about easter
Christmas and Easter Sunday. that's all i know.
Some people use an X in Christmas, because it is a variation on how Christ is spelled in the Greek language. As far as though people who want Christmas to be Only about Santa Claus and Easter to be Only about the Easter Bunny, then you just have to accept the fact that there are people who want to get something for nothing. You be a Christian and Know that Christmas is about the birth of Jesus Christ [with Santa Clause (St. Nicholas) a nice symbol]. You be a Christian and Know that Easter is about the Resurrection of Jesus Christ and the Easter Bunny is also another nice symbol.
advent/christmas, lent/easter, and the ordinary time. I know this since i am a catholic.
Many festivals are celebrated by Christians the most common being Christmas (the birth of Christ) and Easter (sacrifice of Christ on Good Friday and the resurrection of Christ on Easter Sunday/Monday).
From working at Wal-Mart I know that they do not close on Easter Sunday and their hours of operation are the same as regular hours. Wal-Mart only closes on Christmas Day.

Yes, in most American churches men are expected to wear morning dress to mass on Easter. Morning dress is acceptable for Easter morning Mass (as evening dress may be acceptable for Midnight Mass at Christmas)? That's really all I need to know. Thanks for helping.
Well I guess the winter holidays (hanukkah and christmas... etc), Halloween, birthday, Easter etc. But it's really just depends on who your close with to know what holidays you get presents in.
