∙ 13y agoIt all depends on the oven being used. 315° to 325°, too high burns the outside and too low dries it out. I bake none of my flour based cakes no higher than 325° in any oven. A cake is done when lightly pressed in the middle and it rises back up, do not push too hard. Please use a gas oven.
