Put about 2/3 cup of water in bowl. 3. put in microwave for 50 seconds if you want it chewy or one minute and 20 seconds for it softer. 4. put 2-3 spoonfuls of brown sugar in bowl of oatmeal. Make sure you watch your oatmeal in the microwave because it might boil over. Enjoy!!

Get cheesecloth at your market or fabric store. Cut a large square. Put a cup of oatmeal in it. Tie up the cloth with string. Put it in your bath water. Or, tie the bundle to the faucet and let the water flow over it as you fill the tub. Be sure to use regular oatmeal that takes a long time to cook, not the instant kind.

Cut up the apples into pieces and put them in a bowl. Then, put granola and yogurt in the bowl too! you can put bananas, blueberries, strawberries.... anything you want in it also. Mix it altogether and enjoy! OR...... make some instant sugar free oatmeal and cut the apple into diced pieces. put the apples and some yogurt into the oatmeal.
