if you want to do it delibrately, you can do any drugs that messes with the nervous system. if you happen to be a masocist, you can hit or deliver blows to your skull. this causes violent shocks to your brain cells. however, since you skull is thick, normal blows will do little damage to your brain cells, but it will work. please do not try these methods, but it is only to answer your question
