Just go up to her in school, when no one else is around... or ask her if you can talk to her in private and ask her straight up. Tell her you've liked her for a while and want to get to know her better. Then actually ask if she would like to go out sometime or to let her know you're serious, ask her to be your girlfriend. If you have been talking for a while and know she likes you back then go ahead and ask, but if you haven't and this is just a growing crush... talk to her on facebook a little, get her number... get to know her a little better before you are serious about yourdecision. Remember, once you ask this girl, you need to give it some time, don't break up with her right away if you suddenly lose your feelings for her, and if/when you do (face that too, it WILL end someday) don't automatically go for someone else. Take things slowly to let your "ex" know it was real.
