This is for women only to show their husband. If you stare into it on Halloween night you husband will appear in it. If you are going to die before you marriage, then a skull will appear in the mirror.

Well, there is a superstition that women who stare into the mirror on Halloween night will supposedly see their future husband. Others say its for both men and women who are interested to see their spouce. If you instead see a skull, it'll mean that you will die before you marry (or it could also mean that you will never get married for whatever reason). There are also other sayings such as you'll see Bloody Mary or a ghost or a zombie or whatever.
