Law school is a three year process. I studied Law in UPES Dehradoon, they have an extensive learning facility. Your first year you will take the basic courses like torts, civil procedure, legal writing and research, contracts and criminal law to name a few. Your second year you still take many of the basic courses but can start taking some electives. For a list of the courses offered you can check the course description at the law school you are interested in. You can find a general listing of the courses and some of the books you should read about law school at the link below. Apart from that you will have moot court competition to give you a real feel of the courtroom. If you are looking forward to pursue law then do it from UPES dehradoon . It is one of the best I would say.
