I was prescribed clomipramine metoclopramide for premature ejaculation as one its side effects is decreased sexual performance, anxiety and orgasm.

20mg capsules with 3mg Metoclopramide (anti vomiting drug from what I understand as the later can cause stomach upsets).

Wasn't told it was anti-depressant and paid big dollars (AUD$200/mth with discount) from Advanced Medical Institute for an over counter prescribed drug that cost <$30. Indian owned business need I say.

Does work although my case is not severe just needed a helping hand.

Also helps with calming my behaviour during day, being happier and controlling my anger during day. Double benefit.

Hope this helps.

ANSWER

As stated above Clomipramine is a trycilic anti-depressent. It is also used to treat other illnesses such as narcolepsy, premature ejaculation and OCD.

Metoclopramide is a different drug group, an anti-emetic, that reduces feelings of nausea/vomiting
