As with all games, there are good and bad points about both. As Wide World is the original, more people have purchased it, and therefore you have more chance of finding a friend to connect with. It is only available on DS version, which makes it a cheaper option, portable, and more people are likely to own a Nintendo DS. However, LGTTC (Lets go to the City) has, of course, the "main" feature that Wide World does not - the ability to go to the City. The city is an improved "market place" with more shops to choose from: Gracie Grace's Clothing and Furniture shop, the Auction house, the HRA headquarters and Harriet's Salon. LGTTC is the opposite of Wide World, in the respect that it is only available on the Nintendo Wii, and the City feature is useless if you cannot connect to Wi-Fi. Unlike in Wide World, in LGTTC you get to choose the house that you live in (with 4 being available - one for each possible new resident). This means that each resident is paying off their own mortgage, as opposed to working together on one. It also means that, if sharing the game with family members, each person gets to customize their house in the way that they see fit, rather than everyone agreeing on one style. This is - in my opinion - one of the best parts of LGTTC. On the other hand Wide World has more "visitors" - animals that come to sell things to you in their temporary shops outside of the Town Hall, as many have set up permanent shops in the City, which are only open at certain times of the day. Also, being more adept at using the controls of the DS, it is difficult to control my resident, and performing actions is a trifle more difficult. There are also more subtle changes throughout the game, although those are the main points (however, the graphics on the Wii game, as expected, are far superior). In my opinion, you should, if you already own a Wii, go for the Wii version of LGTTC. However if you own a DS, wait for a while, dont get Wide World, as, undoubtedly, LGTTC will soon be appearing on DS version around the world.

You are not able to get a fountain on ACWW. But you are able to get a fountain on ACCF. In order to get a fountain you must donate 200,000 Bells to your town.
Can you move to another friends town on accf?
No, you can't move to another friend's town in accf you can only do that in acww, but you can add people to your friend's list and play with them over wi-fi
When you transfer a character from animal crossing wild world to animal crossing city folf does it transfer permanently?
If you mean "Will the transferred ACWW player go away forever from the game after transferring to ACCF?", then no. Your ACWW player will still be in your DS game. The player transferred to City Folk will only have your hair, face and eyes from your ACWW character. Nothing else, so in ACCF your character will have to get through a long way before it is exactly like your ACWW character.
Can someone tell me how to connect animal crossing wild world to animal crossing city folk eg visiting each others towns etc?
i dont think you can but you can send the town from acww to accf I think you can, cause cooper always ask you if you want to visit the other town on ds, but I can't figure it out.
