I can answer honestly about this product as I have been taking it for three months straight and there has been a significant reduction in my blood pressure levels since taking Ruby Reds. First, I make a shake once every morning in Soy Milk (my choice, as I think it taste BETTER with Ruby Reds than regular milk) Before taking Ruby Reds, My Blood Pressure was 150/80 and was told by screeners at work I needed to see a doctor. Since I am asthmatic anyway I had already scheduled an appt. for this problem and the Doctor told me that while my pressure WAS high, he did not want to put me on any blood pressure medicine right now. She preferred me to attempt to control the blood pressure with diet and exercise. I began taking Ruby Reds after hearing a radio commercial and decided to try the product out, after all, what could it hurt, right? Three months of taking the product ever morning before ANYTHING, and I had a blood pressure screening at work just 1 week ago and my blood pressure has dropped to 128/72. Now that is results one can SEE and I am really not doing anything different other than taking this supplement every morning with 8 to 10 ozs of Soy Milk (which I am sure is only helping) to add more health benefits.
