Los Angeles, California, and Miami, Florida, have laws that allow for the impounding of cars equipped with excessively loud stereos. In Los Angeles, the ordinance targets vehicles that exceed a certain noise level, while Miami has similar regulations aimed at reducing noise pollution. These laws are part of efforts to address community concerns about noise disturbances.
Not that familiar with Jeeps, but you could have a collapsed lifter, or you might have a rocker arm out of adjustment.
Most car stereos won't drive the Alpine SPS-600 at anything close to it's potential. They will work fine, but won't be as loud without an amp
Loud noises like cars and stereos that are really disruptive.unpleasent noises like harsh music and sounds of aeroplanes can also cause noise pollution.

"Don't you think the TV is too loud when the blood pools in your eardrums?"
Parents of teenagers, relax. There is a way your child can listen to a stereo and not deafen the entire neighborhood. Stereos of all sizes come with access to headphones. Headphones are very inexpensive and can be purchased at any store you can think of. Simply hand the headphones to your child, tell them to plug the headphones into the adapter, and quietly walk down the stairs. There should not be any noise coming from the bedroom as the teenager listens to their music as loud as they want to.

In Florida there is no Decibel limit for the noise produced by car stereos, however, if the music is loud enough to be heard from a distance of 25 feet a $70 ticket can be issued.
Many people think out loud. Of course, people look at you oddly when you talk to yourself! Sometimes it helps if you voice the ideas you are thinking about.
They are to loud.
