∙ 11y agoIt may be that we can never know exactly what cats are thinking, however, it seems to me that cats think that human beings are a species of animal which has been domesticated by cats.
It depends on how you interact with the cat that you are referring to.
I have a bottle baby, who has imprinted on me and thinks that I am her mother. So she allows me to treat her as my baby. She acts like a person more than a cat. She sits on my shoulder and doesn't get along with other cats either. They can be very social and cuddle a lot at times and then aloof and anti-social. I believe it depends on how they were raised as a kit. With a litter or without, also around people or wild.
