To open Sully's shop (Sully's Paraphernalia), where you will find Sprocket the robot.
To get Sully's key, go left past his shop to the Living Quarters. Jump on the counterweighted lever to raise the step. Climb to the Living Quarters door and jump on the robot crab. You get both the crab and Sully's key.
Go to Sully's door and use the Steam Battery. Arrange the valves to lower the steam pressure from 10 to 5 (a total of -5). The door opens, and you can wake up Sprocket the robot by ringing the bell on the counter. Go left and get the Rubber Mallet from the trash.
