its impossible to dig a half a hole, its either you dig a hole or ya dont.
Yes it is a well known fact that you CAN dig half a hole!
To dig a hole effectively, start by marking the area where you want to dig. Use a shovel to break the ground and remove the soil. Work in a circular motion, gradually deepening the hole. Keep the sides of the hole straight and even to prevent collapse. Take breaks as needed and use proper lifting techniques to avoid injury.

You can't dig half a hole. If you dig there is a hole.
To put a hole inside a hole, you would need to create a smaller hole within the existing hole. This can be done by using a smaller drilling tool or cutting implement to carve out a section of the original hole.

4 days (someone else's answer)New answer: I was asked this question as a personality test during a job interview. He made it clear that the question was not a math question. So when I had no answer he responded by saying that "you can't dig a half of a hole". I then replied that as an adult when I dig a hole, it is for a specific reason. That reason dictates the hole's dimensions. If I do not dig the hole to those dimensions then it is possible that I have not dug my whole hole and therefore it is possible to dig a half of a hole.
