Also, by taking multivitams and keeping your hair healthy by using damage conditioners, (this works better than regular conditioner or detangler and will help with split ends), not using styling products such as hair dryers or straighteners/curlers as often, and washing your hair every other day (I know that sounds kinda icky, but shampoo strips your hair of its natural oils and drys it out, making it break and inhibiting hair growth) it will engage your hair follicles, making your hair grow faster! I'm sure that if you try all of these suggestions, you will see that your hair will be growing at a faster rate and look and be healthier!
