You can wear anything! Just wear your normal clothes to get there, unless they tell you to wear a costume or something, then change into your PJ's after dinner.
BUT
If you want to look cute in your PJ's, I suggest wearing:
Top: Most likely a tank top.
Bottom: Pajama bottoms, that kind of look like really cute sweat pants!
Shoes: Socks, or really cute slippers, or bare feet.
