The heart IS a muscle. If you're talking about skeletal muscles, then they are not all at the top of your heart (because what about your abdominal muscles, thigh muscles, calf muscles, etc?)
Your triceps and biceps. Your calfs and thigh muscles. there, i think, are muscles in your tourso that are active. then your heart and lungs.
yes
Yes, there are three main types of muscles in the human body: skeletal muscles, cardiac muscles, and smooth muscles. Skeletal muscles are attached to bones and facilitate movement, cardiac muscles are found in the heart and help it pump blood, and smooth muscles are found in organs and blood vessels to regulate involuntary processes.
not sure if this is anything of what you are looking for, but the muscles to the front of the thigh are the quadriceps's, the back of the thigh are the... um.. hamstrings. I couldn't find the muscles on the side of the thigh.. :D
"Funny bone". (If you bump the tip of it accidentally, you'll know where that name came from.) "The Funny Bone".
Quads - iliopsoas, tesnor fascaise latae, sartorious and quadriceps femoris muscles
Hip flexor is a common name for the quadriceps, the large thigh muscles involved in both straightening the knee and bending the hip.
The three thigh muscles that help you you keep astride when riding a horse are the thigh adductor muscles; magnus, longus, and brevis.
The quadriceps muscle covers the front of the thigh, while the adductor muscles cover the inner thigh and the abductor muscles cover the outer thigh.
Fascia lataen close the thigh muscles like a stocking.
