the framers of the constitution looked to Locke for inspiration when writing the constitution.
From the time the American colonies first began to form the Union, several questions were raised regarding the relationship of the Constitution of the United States and the institution of slavery. A close look at the document created in Philadelphia in 1787 will reveal the ambiguous language pertaining to the holding of slaves, since the words "slave" and "slavery" were never used in the Constitution. The Framers debated over the extent to which slavery would be included, permitted, or prohibited in the Constitution. In the end, they created a document of compromise that represented the interests of the nation as they knew it and predicted it to be in the future. Explaining the Framers' and the Constitution's understanding of slavery requires a careful look at the three clauses which deal with the issue. An analysis of the three-fifths compromise, the slave trade clause, and the fugitive-slave law all point to the Framers' intentions in the creation of the Constitution and prove that it neither authorized nor prohibited slavery. The first indication of slavery in the Constitution appears in Article I, Section 2. This is the three-fifths clause that explains the apportionment of representation and taxation. It reads:
The preamble introduces the Constitution by explaining the goals and purposes of the document.
The framers of the constitution had read many works of philosophers whose ideas they borrowed in drafting what is today the constitution of the Unite States of America. Some of these Philosophers included Rousseau, Locke and Montesquieu, and they held that a legitimate government had to look into the best interests of the people.
The constitution looks like a very old, but important peace of paper that provides the stability of the United States!
I'm definitely thinking its the preamble. Yea you thought right. The Preamble to the U.S Constitution is what comes at the beginning of the document and explains the goals of the Constitution. So just in case anyone comes upon this and sees "I'm definitely thinking," he's correct. =)

To keep their proceedings secret so that the new constitution could be a surprise
Headings, titles, and sections are the kinds of signposts you might look for when skimming a document.
Look at all his signiatures, thats his writing
It is the view that shows you how the document will look if you print it.
That means that from the eyes of the court or people what or how did they look at it? And how they felt towards it.
