Como (with an accent on the first 'o') = 'How' as a question
Como (without an accent) = 'like' (or, less probably, 'I eat')
serra = he/she/it saws//you saw (as with wood, for example)
So it could mean:
'How does he/she/it/you saw?'
'How he/she/it saws/you saw'
If however, you meant 'Como sera' (with one 'r' and an accent on the 'a'), it becomes:
'How will he/she/it/you be?' or
'How he/she/it/you will be'.
Or
'As he/she/it/you will be'
