It's "everything but the kitchen sink" and it's just a humorous way of saying that nearly everything was there in that situation.
It's a slang-y way to say you had way more stuff than you needed -- you had everything you could possibly have (except your kitchen sink).

The saying comes from World War Two when every piece of metal was used in the war effort. This left homeowners with nothing but their kitchen sink which was made of porcelain. Everything but the kitchen sink comes from World War II where people were asked to contribute locally to the war. All metal was used and the only objects left out were porcelain (kitchen) sinks.
