yes
St. Anthony of Padua is traditionally prayed to when seeking lost items. Many people believe he can help find lost possessions due to a story about him recovering a precious book of psalms that was lost by a novice.
Why not pray to both? Anthony is the patron saint for lost items and Francis is the patron of animals.
