10K stands for 10 carats or the clarity of the ring (the bigger number the higher value and price) and THL stands for pink topaz. I have a 10K THL ring too.
After a simple Google search:

I have a ring that has crp 10k printed on the inside. What does it mean?
Princess pride creations (PPC) is the manufacturer/makers mark and 10k indicates the purity of the gold used.
The 10k is the amount of gold. Ten parts with another metal base. The initials are most likely the company or designer.
"10K" is a stamp that indicates the ring is made of 10 karat gold, meaning it is 41.7% pure gold. "SUN" could refer to the manufacturer or designer of the ring.
"SA 10k" stamped on the inside of a ring indicates that the ring is made of 10-karat gold, meaning it is 41.7% pure gold alloyed with other metals. The "SA" may refer to the manufacturer, jeweler, or location where the ring was made.
My ring inside say 10k kpj ,does that mean the ring is fake?
Refers to precious metal content-the higher the no. the more it contains. 10 is about the lowest out there and i think 24 is solid.
A ring to be considered gold must be 10k or above and stamped inside the band of the ring 10k, 14k, 18k. If it isn't stamped more than likely it is not real gold. If in doubt about the value of a ring take it to a jeweler who can tell you about it.
Means 10 Karat Gold and the other Letter are the maker. GTR is J.M. Fox
