An 18K white gold jewelry item should be marked 18K or 750 somewhere on its surface. If it bears either of these stamps, then the silver color tells you it is white gold.

I have found answer before but now forgotten it. It is definitely an old marking they used to use maybe for 18k gold.
What does 150 mean 18k
I have a ring who does say the same and im wondering too if its real or i found the ring actuslly
Items marked 18K or 750 have 750 parts gold out of 1000, or 75% pure gold.
The coin is worth about £150 alone, as for the ring mount depends on the carot, could be worth about £200 or more combined
It could be any weight. 14k gold means 14 karat gold and tells you the amount of pure gold in the ring (58%). It tells you nothing about how heavy the ring is. (24k gold is 100% pure, and is softer than 14k gold.)
150 per ring
150 grams of gold = 4.823 troy ounces.
If it has a diamond or diamonds it could be the carat weight or it could be 750 which is 18 k or other wise no real meaning
