It doesn't 'equate' to current (amperes) because they are two quite different quantities. However, you can find out how much line current is flowing (for a balanced load only) if you divide the number of volt amperes by (1.732 x VL), where VL is the line voltage.

What is 7kva in amps?

In a standard 3 phase system in North America, 7kVa would be equivalent to 19.5 amps on each phase. The equation is: 7kva*1000/208v/1.73=19.45 amps (3 phase)

How many amps on 3 phase 225 amp panelboard each phase?

It means 225 amps on each phase.

What is conversion of 4.6kva to kw?

Single-phase, 2.5 amps; three-phase 1.443 amps.

How much current will flow in neutral line for three phase supply 100amps?

If all three legs of the system are balanced then zero amps will flow all the way up to 100 amps if only one leg of the three phase system is used. The neutral in a wye three phase system carries only the unbalanced current. This is why in services for a three phase four wire system you are allowed to reduce the size of the neutral conductor.

How many amperes for 3 phase 220v 5 tonner?

50 Amps Single Phase 20 Amps Three Phase

How do you convert 440 Amps to KVA for three phase system?

You must rephrase your question to make it more specific. <<>> The formula to use to find KVA in a three phase system is, KVA = Amps x Volts x 1.73/1000.

What is the fuse rating in HT side of 11.4kv500kva transformer?

You need to specify the phase. I assume it is 3 phase system. Then the HT current is 30.3 amps

How di you convert kw to amps for a one phase system?

A kw (kilowatt) is 1000 amps x volts. If you assume your one phase system has 120 volts, then divide by 120. Cheap, but close enough for most work, assume 100 volts, then each amp is a tenth of a kilowatt.

What amperage will a range with a rating of 12.9 kw draw?

This depends on what voltage the range is rated for and if it is single phase or three phase. At 220 volts single phase it is about 60 amps, 240 v single phase , 53 amps and at 480 v three phase about 15 amps.

How do you convert kva to amps three phase system when you have 220-240 volts?

Amperes when kva is shown. The formula is, Amps = kva x 1000/1.73 x volts.

How many output amps is a 75 KVA generator?

It depends upon the Generator system voltage. For 3 Phase, 600 Volt system, it will be 73 Amps For 3 Phase, 480 Volt system, it will be 90 Amps For 3 Phase, 208 Volt system, it will be 208 Amps
