What does Acts 36 mean in the Bible?

Numerology is the mystical assignment of meanings to numbers. There are LOTS of meanings, and only so many small numbers, so it's possible that the same number might have several numerological "meanings".

In Hebrew, there are no separate numerals; Hebrew letters are used in place of numerals, and you should understand them in context. But the result is that many numbers are also WORDS. In Hebrew, the same characters, "chai", that say "life" represent the number 18. So the number 18 is often used to symbolize "life". 36 is twice that, or "Two Life" or "To Life!", the classic Hebrew and Yiddish toast and phrase of congratulations.

As far as The Bible goes, there isn't any significance. Some in biblical numerology will find there is significance, especially with the multiples of 36 - 2, 3, 4, 6, 9, 12.
