i have 3 points on my drivers licence and i need to get a criminal record clearance certificate to work abroad, does 3 points on my license for a parking ticket mean i have a criminal record? of course a never went to court, i just paid the fine and got the points.
i think this sounds like a daft question, i would guess that it doesnt but im not sure, anyone know?
thanks
If you are caught driving without the correct licence, you will receive 3-6 penalty points, a fine of up to £1000 and you may be disqualified.

If you have a regular UK driving licence, this covers you top drive a horsebox up to 3 and a half tons.
It is one of the accepted documents required for a drivers license in the UK. Other accepted forms are 1) current/valid passport; 2) UK certificate of naturalization; 3) EEA identity card.
You need a proof of your current UK adress documents, full UK paper driving license. The UK or foreign bank/credit card statement. It must be less then 3 months old and must not be printed from the internet.
It means the integer 3 which can be written as 3. rather than simply 3
It all depends on what state you live in.. Each state has a different point system for their drivers licenses and normally a couple points are no big deal but they accumulate and when you reach a certain amount they will suspend your license. In most states you can elect to take traffic school or go to Traffic court and have adjudification withheld and have the point removed. You are still admitting guilt for the infraction but you will not accumulate points. Hope this helped.
