the base ring is made and stones are set in in china and the .925 means that it is coated with sterling silver
925 on jewelry normally means it is sterling
cubic zirconia stones, .925 silver, made in china
925 is found on silver jewelry, and it means 0.925 grams (of silver). The R is meaningless.
925 means 92.5% silver. I have a ring just like this. Is yours a heart with very small diamonds? I don't know what DIAG means, but I would like to know too.
it a silver ring or gold over silver ring with cubic zar /AKA fake diamond !!!!!!!!!!!
take it to a jeweler
JTW is a diamond refinery in Haiti.
i know very antique diamonds were set in sterling silver.. if the diamond looks dull around the edges it is very likely a real diamond.
A diamond can be mounted on a 925 FAS ring. They typically are mounted however on gold or platinum rings.
what does 925 A mean
Take your ring to a local jeweler who will explain that the 925 marking on metal always indicates something about the metal and never indicates anything about the jewel. As well, the jeweler can help you determine the reality of the gemstone set in the metal.
If you see 925 engraved on the ring, that means it's a sterling silver setting. Usually, engagement rings with a larger center diamond won't be set in sterling silver because it's too soft. And if you see a stamp that says "CZ," you're looking at a cubic zirconia stone, rather than a real diamond.
The RJ probably indicates the manufacturer and the 925 indicates that the ring is made of 92.5% sterling silver.
YES THEY ARE!! The stamp DL is the designers Hallmark and 925 is sterling silver. I also have pieces by this particular jeweler that feature black, white and blue diamonds all of which have tested as a natural diamond. I did notice that he works with genuine stones but typically the stones are small and are mid-grade quality which makes the jewelry more affordable:-)
I bought a cheap cz ring from walmart (20 dollars) that has 925 dl in oval and cz 925 is the marking for real silver, it will say sterling or 925 if it is real silver the DLCZ means Diamond Like Carbon, So you have a piece of jewelery that is real silver but fake diamonds...:) The CZ stands for Cubic Zirconia which is basically a man made fake diamond.
What does 925 inside a silver ring mean
