I can only go by what I have seen and that is only the TV show 'Sonic X' and a few games. All I can gather from that is that it is possible he has feelings for her. It is often hard to tell if Amy really loves Sonic or if she is just a big fan of him but there are certain moments in 'Sonic X' where Amy gets quite emotional over Sonic and in return he shows that he could have similar feelings towards her.
