Babylon looks like Iraq. That is because Iraq is Ancient Babylon. Some of the ancient buildings are still there if the yoyos have not bombed them. In fact Babylonia had many Christians saved and living there nearly 2000 years ago. Many of those Babylonian descendants are still living in Iraq and can trace their genealogy back before the 1st century. Many of them are still Christians, which the Muslims don't like but they had to give them a place in their new government. Look at pictures of Iraq if you want to see what Babylon looked like. There is modern stuff there now but a lot of old stuff is there too just like in Israel. I have added some links for you to see below.

One of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World was built by Nebuchadnezzar for his wife. It is called "The Hanging Gardens of Babylon''.
Many different books mention the Hanging Gardens of Babylon in the Old Testament. Look in Isiah, Jeremiah and Daniel for mentions of them. Jer. 21:7 declares Nebunchadnezzar as supreme ruler of Babylon as does Dan. 2:37-38, and Jer. 27: 6-7.
