Other things that seem to be included in his beliefs and supported by his actions are good public education and accessible college education. Using diplomacy instead of war, family, Christianity, community service, a sense of humor, helping the less fortunate, improved health care, giving honor and support to the military and their families, etc.

Yes, he does. He went through a period of time in high school and college when he doubted organized religion, but many young people go through that. However, he was raised with strong ethics and values from his mother and grandparents, and eventually, he found a home in Protestant Christianity. There is no evidence that Mr. Obama is an atheist; it was his father who was an atheist, but his father was only in young Barack's life till he was two years old.

President Obama was married in a church, his children were baptized, and he attends services with his family whenever his schedule permits. It should be noted, however, that his religious views are moderate and tolerant, so to some people, it might seem as if he is not religious. But how he practices his faith is really not for us to judge.
