Bella Swan did not dress like a tomboy! Just read the first few pages of Twilight, it will tell you. And she can't help that she lived in a place that is all sunny and no rain. She had to pull her reasources just to get some winter clothes. She dressed normal for a 17 year old girl. I like her style, most people do.

MIGHT SPOIL - Well, her everyday style throughout the series would be tomboy-ish/natural - she has been known to wear tank tops/camis, t-shirts, jeans , tennis shoes/runners, and sweaters (even after she was changed) and liked a simple (run-down but at least moving) car.
