Ben Carson is a politician and seems to change his views depending on his audience:
In a March 2015 interview, Carson stated that homosexuality was "absolutely" a choice, claiming that "a lot of people go into prison straight, and when they come out, they're gay". In a Facebook post, Carson later apologized, saying that he "[does] not pretend to know how every individual came to their sexual orientation."
Carson caused a controversy when he appeared to compare gay marriage advocates to paedophiles and practitioners of bestiality. Carson later said that "the examples were not the best choice of words", adding that The Bible "says we have an obligation to love our fellow man as ourselves, and I love everybody the sameâ€â€all homosexuals."
He goes as far as to support civil unions for gays and has supported initiatives for employment non-discrimination, so Ben Carson is by no means as 'right-wing' on these issues as some of his Republican rivals.
The Green Party supports gay rights and marriage equality.
His official position is that he supports the rights of states to legalize civil unions.
The antagonist in the book Think Big by Ben Carson is John Donne.
Rachel Carson in her book Silent Spring

They perform marriage ceremonies.
i think it is contract marriage & it is illegal!
President Obama believes they are entitled to the same rights as traditional relationships, and he is thoroughly convinced that same-sex marriage is the answer.
i think freedom eace
He has not come out in favor of gay marriage. I do not think he favors a return to law that criminalizes private homosexual relations between consenting adults.
