[1] The number 24-410 matches the size of the bottle cap to the size of the bottle's neck opening. That opening tends to measure .310. [2] And the bottle's holding capacity tends to range from ml [69-500] to oz [8-16].
The best information I have, so far, is available at Ed Luce Packaging. The first number has to do with the diameter of the cap in mm. The second number has to do with number of threads.

Bottle cap or cork
It depends on whether it is a plastic cap - as in a bottle of soft drink - or a metal cap - as in a beer bottle.
A bottle cap is an inclined plane. I am not sure exactly why.
The neck. Or if you mean the stopper, the cork, cap., or screwtop.
Fold it in half.
the metal cap will expand , and it will be easier to remove the cap from the bottle

first you find a metal bottle cap then pour flammable nail polish remover in the bottle cap then light it fire
you have to find a bottle cap. then get a small magnet and hot glue it to the bottle cap. next get yourchoker with the magnet tied to it and then put the bottle cap on the other magnet. then inside the bottle cap you can put all different kinds of pics and glue it to a cardboard circle the size of the cap then glue the cardboard inside the cap. You can find bottle caps on eBay for cheap by the bulk. Use the strong magnets and E6000 glue to glue the magnet on the the bottle cap (large tube at Michaels or Hobby Lobby for $5.00). You need a one inch circle whole punch (9.99) and you can print pictures or words in MS Office for the back ground, the size of the circle needs to be about .78 so you can whole punch it. Once it is punched you will want to place the picture inside the bottle cap and use a clear drying paper glue that willnot make the the ink on the paper run...such as Aleene's Paper Glaze (Michaels $4.99). It is a great idea to put rhinestones or embellishments inside on the cap too. Once you have what you want put the paper glue to cover completely and let dry for 24 hours then glue on the magnet with the E6000 glue.
