*SOME SPOILERS* He still works for Voldemort, as well as his parents, but since Draco's dad failed Voldemort in the Chamber of Secrets, his family isn't very well respected. When Harry and his friends get caught by Fenrir Greyback and the Snatchers, Draco gets asked about Harry's identity. He is too scared to tell the truth or hurt any of his former classmates. Harry ends up stealing his wand, which means Draco is Disarmed...meaning all of the wands that were rightfully Draco's are now Harry's. That leads to the whole battle between Voldemort and Harry, but I won't give that much away. Draco fights Harry, Hermione, and Ron alongside Goyle and Crabbe, but they end up causing an accident. Harry saves Malfoy, Hermione saves Crabbe, but Goyle dies. I don't want to release anymore :)
