It could mean something like: (Be) happy you have a good time. But it's not very grammatically correct.
Estar a salvo means "be safe" in English.

"amar vivir" means "to love to live."
"Feliz" means "happy" or "merry".
It means "to be/stay in the house"
perhaps you mean "feliz año nuevo"- happy new year otherwise, feliz año would be. happy year
odio estar enfermo = i hate being sick
