"14K" means 14 carat gold. 24 carat is the indication for pure gold. In jewelry, other metals are usually mixed with the gold to make the metal harder; gold is a very soft metal by itself. 14K then means that the gold alloy consist of 14/24 pure gold, or nearly 60%; which is normal in rings.
ING may be short for "(gold) ingot" althout that is not a customary form of indicating that there is gold in the material. It may also indicate either a brand name or the initials of an original owner.
