∙ 11y agoI'm not a Islamic scholar, but as far as I know, only few things are not allowed:
Anal Sex, sex during mensuration, ejaculation in mouth is Makrooh.
Sexual activities in privacy (with Husband/wife ONLY)
So boob sucking is allowed in Islam and so is oral sex. But after pregnancy and delivery do not suck milk from the now-mother's breast as the baby is only rightful to mother's milk.
