Sterling silver
There are two reasons a ring could be stamped with 14k and 925 1) The ring is made from both 14k gold and Sterling Silver (925). 2) The ring is made from Vermeil which can be made from 14k gold thickly plated over Sterling Silver.
925 is a standard marking for Sterling Silver, thus making it a silver ring, not gold.
5 NV means the ring is a size 5 and the NV stands for Nevada Silver but it does not come from Nevada lol its just what they called it, it is still real sterling silver
It may mean that the ring is made of sterling silver.
