Affection makes him distort the truth.
She accuses Benvolio of lying in order to make Tybalt look the villain and to exculpate Romeo. She claims he does this because Romeo is his cousin, and because of the feud. She claims (although she wasn't there to see) that twenty Montagues jumped and assassinatd Tybalt, who was the innocent victim. Ironically, she is the one telling lies solely out of party prejudice (Tybalt being her nephew); Benvolio, who she accuses of doing so, is telling the truth.
She accuses him of distorting the truth of his testimony because of his affection for (or relation to) Romeo. Ironically she puts forward a theory of Tybalt's death made entirely out of her own affection for Tybalt. Benvolio's account is close to the truth.
During Romeo's trial she accuses Benvolio of being partial to the Montagues, being a Montague himself, and making up his evidence to suit this purpose. This is a good example of someone seeing their own faults in others--it is Mrs. Capulet who is being partial and making up facts, not Benvolio
She says that benvolio is lieing about the whole thing because we associates with the montigues.
When benvolio explains to the prince the events of mercutio and tybalts death, lady capulet accuses benvolio of lying that tybalt killed mercutio first

Benvolio and the Nurse. All of the other characters are either dead or on stage. The ones onstage include the Friar, Balthazar, the Prince, Montague, Capulet and Lady Capulet.
Benvolio (Romeo's cousin, Montague's nephew) tries to stop the fight but Tybalt (Juliet's cousin, Lady Capulet's nephew) challenges him.
Yes Benvolio tells the truth about the fight, yet Lady Capulet believes that he is lying because he is a montauge, so romeo gets exiled
Tybalt is associated with the Capulets, and he thinks of himself as a Capulet, but he is actually not a Capulet at all. He is the son of Lady Capulet's brother, and Lady Capulet is only a Capulet by marriage. That is why it is Lady Capulet, and not Lord Capulet, who is so furious with Romeo after he kills Tybalt.
The characters were: Romeo, Juliet, Lord Capulet, Lady Capulet, Lord Montague, Lady Montague, The Nurse, County Paris, Prince Escalus, Friar Lawrence, Friar John, Mercutio, Balthasar, Benvolio, Tybalt, Samson, and Gregory.

Benvolio convinced Romeo to go to the Capulet's party.
Romeo, Juliet, Lord Capulet, Lady Capulet, Friar Lawerence, Nurse, Tybalt, Mercutio, Benvolio
Lady Capulet dismisses Benvolio's account of the brawl as untrustworthy because he is a Montague and says, "I never saw it so, hey a' may be's as thy mere a biguponger." This shows her bias towards the Montagues and her unwillingness to consider any information that goes against her beliefs.

Romeo and Juliet, obviously. Lady Capulet, Lord Capulet, the nurse, Mercutio, Tybalt, Friar Lawrence and Benvolio. I think that's all
Lady Capulet doesn't believe Benvolio's explanation to the prince because she is biased against the Montagues and wants to protect her family's honor. She is influenced by her loyalty to the Capulet family and her desire for revenge against their rivals.
