Miley said on her twitter as a tweet, which I will tell you from memorization because she deleted her Twitter account so here's the answer,
She uses this baby oil stuff. Which the baby oil stuff is called 'Sensai Cleanser' said she woke up and there was a big pimple on her face and she didn't want it there because that day she was going to do her, "Wonder World 2009 Concert" for her first day and she obviously didn't want it there so she put the baby oil stuff on it and within an hour or maybe 2 hours, it went away! :)
If she didn't delete her Twitter account I would have just copied what she put as her tweet on here but I couldn't because she deleted her Twitter account like I have already said like 2 times. So that's what she used for her face for like pimples! That's all from memorization so I hope I helped you and I hope this also works on your face like it did to Miley's! :)
